Dr. Mbabazi Anania holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil), 1st Class Honours, from Makerere University, Uganda; Masters of Engineering Science (construction management) from University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in civil engineering (project management) from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

He is a Registered Engineer with over 15 years of experience. He has extensive experience in Project Management / Highway Engineering / Transportation Planning / Traffic Engineering are detailed out in the relevant previous assignments below.
